Purpose
This style specifies the scrollbar tween duration.
Value
A number. The default value is "5". The style scroll-tween-use-secs determines if the number specifies frames or seconds.
scroll-scale-tween-duration: false;
Remarks
Scrolling from the current location to the target location is done with a tween. The duration of that tween is set with the style scroll-tween-duration.
